CAN Sigorta and Near East Hayat agree health insurance cooperation in North Cyprus

CAN Sigorta and Near East Hayat have signed a cooperation agreement intended to broaden access to health insurance in North Cyprus, according to a report by Yeniduzen.

The agreement brings together CAN Sigorta’s local experience and distribution network with Near East Hayat’s health-insurance infrastructure, specialist staff and network of contracted healthcare institutions, the report said.

The cooperation is aimed at making health-insurance options more accessible to individuals and families, as well as businesses considering coverage for their employees. Products and services are expected to be offered through CAN Sigorta’s distribution channels.

Yeniduzen also reported that CAN Sigorta’s representative offices in different parts of North Cyprus are expected to help extend access to the services.

CAN Sigorta was established in Nicosia in 1958, according to the report.
