Cypriot student-housing startup MyStudentFlat says it is expanding its furnished-apartment platform from Cyprus into Greece, with operations now covering cities in both countries.
According to information reported by Cyprus Mail, the company provides furnished student apartments through an online platform in Nicosia and Limassol. MyStudentFlat says it manages more than 150 apartments and has maintained 100 per cent occupancy across its existing portfolio. Its Nicosia properties include locations in Engomi, Strovolos and Ayios Dhometios.
The company says it has also launched operations in Athens and Patras, plans to enter Paphos and has more than 100 additional units in its pipeline across Cyprus and Greece. Those figures, along with the company’s reported annual recurring revenue, were presented as statements from MyStudentFlat rather than independently verified data.
MyStudentFlat says it raised €536,000 through crowdfunding in its first seed funding round during the second quarter of 2026. It also reports annual recurring revenue exceeding €1 million as of September 30, 2026.
Founded in 2025 by Dimitris Economou and Elena Orfanidou, the company’s stated expansion plan includes Thessaloniki, Larissa, Heraklion and Ioannina in 2027, followed by further growth across Greece and Southern Europe.
