Gazimağusa to host TEN-PRO Junior Bowl from 5 October
The international youth tennis tournament is due to bring 145 players from 15 countries to Gazimağusa, with an opening ceremony on 4 October.

Gazimağusa is set to host the international TEN-PRO Junior Bowl youth tennis tournament from 5 to 11 October, according to Halkın Sesi.
The event will be staged at the Gazimağusa Municipality Tennis Club in cooperation with the North Cyprus Tennis Federation. An opening ceremony is scheduled at the club at 18:00 on 4 October.
Halkın Sesi reported that 145 athletes from 15 countries will take part in the tournament, which has reached its participant capacity. The week-long programme is expected to include 305 matches played across six courts.
The club has added six new courts over the past two months with support from Gazimağusa Municipality and the TRNC Sports Department, the newspaper reported. The facilities are intended to support the tournament as well as future youth tennis players and tennis activities in the area.
The event is also expected to bring athletes, families, coaches and accompanying groups to North Cyprus. Halkın Sesi said this could generate activity for accommodation, transport, food and other tourism-related businesses.
