Locally heavy showers are forecast in parts of North Cyprus around midday on Monday, while some areas may wake to fog, according to the Meteorology Department forecast reported by Yeniduzen.
The outlook covers 10 to 16 October. It indicates that Sunday may bring brief light rain to western areas before more unsettled conditions develop on Monday.
Monday is expected to begin partly cloudy, with local fog possible in the morning. Showers may become locally heavy around midday, the department said.
The first half of the forecast period is expected to be warm and relatively humid under a low-pressure system. Maximum inland temperatures are forecast at 30–33°C early in the period, falling to 26–29°C in the final days. Coastal temperatures are expected to remain around 26–29°C.
Winds are forecast to be moderate from the north and west at first. Later in the period, they are expected to turn southerly and westerly, with occasional stronger winds possible.
