Northern Cyprus forecast to see isolated showers and possible storms

Northern Cyprus is forecast to have partly cloudy weather on Saturday, October 3, with isolated showers and possible thunderstorms, according to a Cyprus Mail forecast.

The unsettled conditions are expected to affect mainly northern and western parts of the island. Showers may develop during the afternoon in mountainous, inland and northern districts, while hail is possible in the event of a thunderstorm.

Daytime temperatures are forecast to reach about 27°C inland and along the coast. During the evening, temperatures are expected to fall to around 15°C inland and 18°C in coastal areas.

For Sunday, the forecast points to generally cloudier skies, with intermittent local rain and isolated storms. Partly cloudy weather is expected to return on Monday and Tuesday, although isolated afternoon rain and thunderstorms remain possible.

Forecast conditions may change, particularly in areas affected by localised storms.
