Official Gazette publishes Land Registry fee regulation amendments

North Cyprus’s Official Gazette has published amendment regulations concerning the fees and charges of the Land Registry and Cadastre Department.

The gazette records show publications on 6 and 7 October 2026. The 6 October entries appeared in issue 196, including Supplement III under reference A.E.947 and Section IV, Part I under reference Ü(K-I) 2529-2026.

Further entries were published in issue 197 on 7 October, including Supplement IV, Part I under reference Ü(K-I) 2674-2026.

The published titles identify the measures as amendments to the Land Registry and Cadastre Department’s fees and charges framework.
