Serdarlı to host seventh round of 2026 North Cyprus Rally Championship

Serdarlı will host the seventh round of the 2026 North Cyprus Rally Championship on Sunday, 18 October, with 19 teams registered for the event, according to Halkın Sesi.

Held for the third time under the Omağ-Çağkan Yapı Rally name, the event will use Serdarlı as its start, finish and service-area base. Stages are planned around Serdarlı-Ergenekon and Gönendere.

The rally is scheduled to begin at 09:30 and finish at 16:48. The Ergenekon, Serdarlı and Gönendere stages are each due to be run twice. A newly prepared Gönendere stage will be used for the first time, while the first four stages will pass through Serdarlı’s recognised jump point.

The registered field includes six teams in Class 2, seven in Class 1, three in Class R, two in Class 4 and one in Class N.

The event will award points with a 1.2 coefficient in the North Cyprus Rally Championship and will also count toward the 2026 Ömer Yıldız Rally Cup.

Halkın Sesi reported that Basel Holding is the championship’s main sponsor, while Omağ Development and Çağkan Yapı İskele Sistemleri Ltd. are sponsoring the rally.
