Telecom repairs to disrupt services in parts of Gazimağusa on Saturday

Telephone, data and internet services are expected to be temporarily affected in parts of Gazimağusa from 08:00 to 18:00 on Saturday, September 19, while repairs are carried out on a main distribution cable.

According to a Telecommunications Department announcement reported by Halkın Sesi and Yenidüzen, the planned work will affect the Küçük Sanayi area, Sema Hotel, the Police Directorate, Baykal, the Medical Centre and Yaşam Hospital.

The department said the interruption is temporary and is linked to repair work on the cable serving the area. Residents and businesses in the listed locations may wish to plan for possible disruption to telephone and internet access during the scheduled hours.
