Three-day road closure planned near İsmet İnönü Boulevard in Gazimağusa

Faiz Kaymak Street in Gazimağusa is set to close to vehicle traffic for three days while drainage infrastructure works are carried out, Gazimağusa Municipality said in a notice reported by Halkın Sesi.

The closure also covers the connecting road between Faiz Kaymak Street and İsmet İnönü Boulevard, beside Kahve Dünyası. The works form part of the second stage of the municipality’s İsmet İnönü Boulevard Improvement Project.

İsmet İnönü Boulevard itself will remain open to traffic, the municipality said.

Drivers who would normally use Faiz Kaymak Street have been advised to choose alternative routes and follow traffic signs and directional markings in the area.
