Turkish Cypriot author Bülent Fevzioğlu receives 2026 literature award
Turkish Cypriot poet, writer and researcher Bülent Fevzioğlu has received a 2026 literature award from Turkey’s Atatürk Culture, Language and History Higher Institution, Halkın Sesi reported.

Turkish Cypriot poet, writer and researcher Bülent Fevzioğlu has received the Atatürk Culture, Language and History Higher Institution’s 2026 Literature Award, according to Halkın Sesi.
The Ankara-based institution is a state body established in 1983 to research, preserve and promote Turkish culture, history and language, Kıbrıs Türk Yazarlar Birliği President Prof. Dr. Şevket Öznur said.
Öznur welcomed the recognition and congratulated Fevzioğlu. He also said the institution has presented its Dilde, Fikirde, İşte Birlik Türk Dünyası Edebiyat Ödülü since 2002.
